When I first partnered with Huboo, I was optimistic. I believed their promises of efficiency and streamlined fulfilment processes would take my organisation(s) to the next level. Unfortunately, reality has been a bitter pill to swallow. Instead of a reliable logistics partner, I’ve encountered ongoing issues that have hampered my operations. Delays in shipping have become a standard occurrence, with my customers growing increasingly frustrated by late deliveries. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to explain why their orders haven’t arrived, often feeling embarrassed for choosing Huboo.

Customer service? Well, that’s another story. Whenever I reach out for assistance, I’m met with an array of excuses or delays. Emails seem to get lost in a never-ending queue, and phone calls often lead to promises of call-backs that never materialize. I often feel like I’m on a hamster wheel, running in circles trying to get answers that should be straightforward. It’s disheartening to see a company touting itself as the solution to fulfilment woes, yet providing a service that feels anything but seamless.

What’s more concerning is the lack of accountability. Issues such as mispacked items or incorrect inventory levels should be addressed promptly and efficiently, but that’s rarely the case. I’ve had numerous instances where I’ve received items that were the wrong quantity or entirely the wrong product. Each time, I’m left to pick up the pieces, apologizing to my customers and attempting to salvage what little trust they have left in my brand. It’s exhausting to constantly troubleshoot issues that should be handled by Huboo.

In hindsight, I wish I had conducted more thorough research before committing. I’ve learned that their marketing prowess doesn’t translate into operational reliability. The cost of their service is not only measured in dollars but in addition in time and effort—resources that could be better spent on growing my organisation(s). As I weigh my options, I find myself exploring alternatives that can deliver on the promises Huboo has consistently failed to uphold. If you’re considering Huboo for your fulfilment needs, proceed with caution. My experience has been riddled with disappointments, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same ordeal. For ongoing improvement, focus on warehouse operations, parcel delivery, inventory management, and third‑party logistics to achieve consistent results.
