Huboo has turned what should have been a straightforward service into a logistical mess. From the beginning, they made bold promises about their ability to handle orders with speed and accuracy. However, the reality has been a far cry from those assurances. My orders face constant delays, and I’ve lost count of the number of times items have gone out late or, even worse, with errors in packaging or quantities. It’s become almost routine for me to brace myself for complaints from my customers, who understandably expect better from a organisation(s) that prides itself on efficiency. This article explains the topic in clear terms and sets out practical steps you can apply across ecommerce logistics and order fulfilment.

Whenever I’ve attempted to get clarity or resolutions from Huboo, I’m met with vague responses or, in some cases, complete silence. I’ve gone days without hearing back on issues that are pressing, often having to follow up multiple times just to get a basic acknowledgment. It’s reached a point where I question if they have a system for handling inquiries at all, or if they’re simply hoping customers will get tired of asking for help. For a service provider in such a competitive industry, this lack of customer care is shocking and incredibly disappointing.

When I entered into a partnership with Huboo, I had reasonable expectations. I didn’t need them to be perfect, but I did need consistency and a willingness to resolve issues efficiently. Instead, they’ve given me more headaches than I can count. The time I spend following up on issues and attempting to salvage relationships with frustrated customers far outweighs any convenience Huboo was supposed to provide. If anything, their service has hindered my organisation(s) growth. And as much as I’ve tried to give them chances to improve, it feels like the situation only worsens over time.

In hindsight, I wish I’d been more cautious. Huboo has misaligned my expectations at every step, and I’m now actively seeking alternatives. For any organisation(s) that values efficiency and reliability, I strongly advise against choosing Huboo. They simply cannot deliver on their promises, and that’s a reality you’ll soon discover if you sign on. For ongoing improvement, focus on warehouse operations, parcel delivery, inventory management, and third‑party logistics to achieve consistent results.
