Following the response from Huboo a couple of weeks back we have discussed the matter with the legal team.
We have put together a response to address some of the questions they have raised. We have also rejected any of the preposterous excuses they provided and supplied evidence to the same.
As expected they did not admit to anything while suggesting we had been at fault. We are preparing to take the matter to court.
At last the truth of our fulfilment frustrations will be aired for all to see
