Huboo was initially appealing, but the service has consistently underperformed. Despite their promises, my orders regularly face delays, and issues with incorrect items persist. Every time I reach out, I’m met with unhelpful responses and minimal accountability. It’s deeply frustrating, especially when my customers are waiting. My reputation relies on reliable fulfillment, but Huboo hasn’t held up their end. A 3PL should reduce logistics stress, not add to it. I would honestly recommend seeking other fulfillment options if consistency matters to you.
