Unclear pricing strategies

Unclear pricing strategies, hard to get access to the correct information. On closing the company – they would not release the goods. Have to stay in for 30 days, even though we had a buyer who was coming to collect the goods! I even offered to pay in advance my minimum monthly spend of £375, but they would not release the goods (stock that belongs to me). Initial pricing sounded ‘too good to be true’ and really affable guy. They just need to be a bit more honest upfront – to avoid stress, and unnecessary workload. Have WASTED all morning again, trying to get to the bottom of my pricing – structure. Very annoying and pointless. The Huboo Customer Service team do try their best to be helpful – but I pity them really, as their company is making their jobs difficult. Very frustrating to be honest. I am a Dentist with a Degree – i.e I do not consider myself stupid, but I think the Huboo pricing / terms are deliberately opaque.
