We have had extensive meetings with the legal team and a draft letter has been proposed.
This provides an initial contact letter to inform Huboo of our intentions to pursue this claim.
We expect they will come back with a flat denial of the situation but we are confident in the strong evidence we have to back up our claims. At this point it is a formality rather than us expecting a resolution, but wouldnt it be lovely if Huboo acknowledged their failings and worked to resolve them, rather than bludgeoning through with non-disclosure agreements and no efforts to improve.
We will await their response…
